Meghan went above and beyond for us. We moved from Houston and bought our house without first seeing it. Meghan walked us through on Facetime; showed us all the good things; pointed out the not so good things; negotiated the price with a seller that was not easy to work with. She continued to work with the seller/listing agent to correct things that were not right; she continued to fight for us until we closed the deal. Kenya was great for us. Our house sold fast and the process itself went pretty smooth. She responded whenever we had any questions and she presented the facts about other housing prices easily. I didn't fill in the "negotiation" category because there really wasn't any negotiation, from what we could visibly see. We did want to see if the buyers would've wanted our new appliances (washer and dryer), and that was not followed through on, to my knowledge, but in the end it didn't pose too much of an issue.
